Vendor Opportunities at the Fair

The Ashtabula County Fair is a great way to promote your business, display your products, and connect with thousands of visitors from across northeastern Ohio and surrounding communities. Whether you offer food, handmade goods, agricultural products, services, or creative crafts, we welcome vendors who help make the fair experience memorable for everyone.

Vendor spaces are available throughout the fairgrounds during the annual Ashtabula County Fair and select community events. All vendors must follow the official Concession Rules and Regulations, and spaces are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
