Lightweight horses must weigh at fairgrounds or pull in heavyweight class.  Buckeye Horse Pullers Association of Ohio, Inc. rules apply.  Horses will be randomly tested under the regulations of the Ohio State Drug Law.  All health and Coggins papers must be in order. PARK AND REGISTER AT RACETRACK INFIELD. HORSE PULLS WILL BE HELD IN FRONT OF GRANDSTAND.
