ENTRY DEADLINE - AUGUST 3, 2010

1. In awarding premiums, special attention will be given to cleanliness, neatness, workmanship and style of article      exhibited.  Any article materially deficient in any of these respects will be declared unworthy and no premium will be      awarded.  2. Where there is only one entry in a class, the judge shall decide if the article is worthy of a premium.  3. Exhibitors will be limited to not more thatn two entries in each item.  4. Premiums will be awarded only on articles listed, but articles will be considered for exhibition only.  5. Professional exhibitors are excluded from competition.  6. Awards are made from the judges book and decision of the judge is final.  7. All exhibits must be in place by 6:00 p.m. Monday, August 9, 2010.  8. All articles must remain in place until 9:00 a.m. Monday August 16, 2010 and must be removed by 12:00 noon the same      day.  The society will not be responsible for articles after said time.  9. The officers of the society will take every precaution for the care and preservation of all exhibits after  their arrival      and arrangements, but will not be responsible for loss or damage that may occur while exhibits are on the fairgrounds. 10. All pictures and wall hangings must be wired to hang. 11. The above rules will be strictly enforced.
